I am a compassionate and experienced counsellor dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve their personal and relational goals.

REACH OUT
The first step in the counselling process is to reach out, call or email Carol to make the first step in the process. 50 minute counselling sessions are available Monday to Thursday, via video, phone or in person. $140 per session for individuals and $160 per session for couples.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
The main focus on the initial session is to gather information about your concerns, and to develop our client/clinician relationship. This typically involves asking questions about your background, current situation, and any symptoms or issues you are experiencing.

TREATMENT PLAN
Once I have an understanding of your concerns and needs, I will work with you to establish clear goals for therapy. This may involve identifying specific behaviors or thought patterns that you want to change and or develop a plan for managing symptoms more effectively.
